Dear Barr.(Dr) Bukarti,

To begin with, I hope this letter gets to you in good health through the power of social media. Permit me to "comment" you on your many previous good works in terms of advocating for Justice, Good governance and Security in our dear country. We need strong voices like yours, but with moderation, neutrality , balance, unbiased and fair. Politics is a very complex game. It is a game of all possibilities. Yours requires neutrality always.

It is apt to state that, Analysis should be on "issues" not on "personality". Legal analysis should be based on "facts/evidence" not on "personality" and Public Affairs commentary should be based on issues not on "personality". Your calling as an analyst requires "neutrality" , "balance" not "partisanship". President Obasanjo's "saying" or "perception" on El-Rufai which you heavily rely on for your analysis is not "sacred" or a "saying" from the Holy Qur'an or the Hadith of the Prophet of Islam which is free from human errors or weaknesses. 

Your analysis on Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai is purely on his "personality" as written by President Obasanjo in his 2014 Memoir titled "MY WATCH" which he wrote as a "Rejoinder" to El-Rufai's 2013 Memoir titled, " THE ACCIDENTAL PUBLIC SERVANT" not on issues. Note that, late Mr Yinka Odumakin wrote a Rejoinder on Obasanjo's book titled "WATCH THE WATCHER".

It is apt to state that EL-Rufai's 2013 Memoir argued extensively about the existence of Obasanjo's "Third Term Agenda" which Obasanjo has repeatedly denied. That informed the basis of Obasanjo's "Rejoinder"on El-Rufai's "personality" in his Memoir. As an analyst you need to read " The Accident Public Servant" to properly understand Obasanjo's assertion on El-Rufai. You can only understand Obasanjo's "assertion" on El-Rufai's "personality" if you read El-Rufai's assertion on Obasanjo's "personality" in his "The Accident Public Servant".

About 80% or more of "MY WATCH" are "Rejoinders" on various issues written by President Obasanjo. In "MY WATCH" President Obasanjo wrote a Rejoinder to Gen. Alabi who has written a book on Civil War called "The Tragedy of Victory" as a Rejoinder to Obasanjo's book called "My Command". 

President Obasanjo wrote his account on why he chose late President Yar'adua despite being a Kidney patient, how president Yar'adu turned against him, how if president Yar'adu was a teacher president Jonathan was a good student, the allegations of  him killing his wife Stellar for rituals, why he retired senior military officers, the allegations of corruption in the Power sector,  and his crisis with Vice president Atiku etc.

As a lawyer, I know too very well that you know what a fair hearing means! As an analyst you need to be professional. As a Public Affairs commentator you need not to be emotional. As a communicator you need "neutrality" and "balance" in your communication.
