Permit me to add my voice on the failure of PMB to name and shame the “allege looters” of our commonwealth. By the laws of our land all accuse persons are assumed to be innocent until proved by the law court.  Only the law court has the mandate to pronounce one’s “guilt”. If passing a “media judgment will amount to “usurpation” of judicial powers, it is only logical and commonsensical not to.
If PMB as a trained soldier had promised to name and shame the “allege looters”, but suddenly his Attorney General and the minister of Justice plus his numerous “ministers” who are trained “lawyers “advised him not to ,it is only logical as  well as commonsensical not to.

Accepting a “superior reasoning” or “argument” or “advice” is neither a weakness nor cowardice! In my humble opinion, it is strength.
If as a Political scientist you have sworn not to allow a “Dentist “removes your “tooth “and you are later convinced that removing the “tooth” is in your best interest, it is both logical and commonsensical to allow him removes your “tooth”.

If PMB as a Civil war veteran had planned to go to “Ogoni-land” and launched a UNEP clean -up report submitted to their son in 2011 but could not implement the report for the benefit of his kinsmen, but was suddenly advised not to go probably due to the fact that, our “economic terrorists” might pelt or stone him which would lead to a mindless carnage by his security guards, it is not only logical, but also commonsensical to delegate.

A Hausa man has this to say:“JADA BAYA BA TSORO BANE INJI RAGO” retreating is never “cowardice”, says “RAM”If PMB had promised to name and shame our “allege looters” , but was later probably convinced not to do it due to perhaps its “legal” and “ security implications”, it is both logical and commonsensical to stop it. Some people have argued that naming and shaming of looters might lead to attacks on them thereby leading to a national rampage.

May God Bless Nigeria!
