Permit me to congratulate our dear "tutor" and "mentor" in person of Ahmed Mohammed ; Bsc (Pol. Science), PGDM( Post Graduate Diploma in Management), MBA (Master in Business Admin ), PGDE (Post Graduate Diploma in Education), Msc (Public Admin), and PhD (Public Admin) who has on the 26th day of August, 2024 successfully defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Impact of Public Expenditure on Economic Growth: Aggregate and Disaggregate Approach for Nigeria.

Mal Ahmed Birnin Gwari as we then called him took us IJMB paper one (1) that was "A" level Government and or "Introduction to Political Science in the early years of 2000 at Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria during our Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) programme before we proceeded to various universities through direct entry. All of us his students can indeed certify that our dear lecturer knew his "onion" very well as far as IJMB paper one (1) was concerned. For we had drunk a lot from the fountain of his knowledge. We cannot thank you enough sir!

He has been "imparting" knowledge to students for about 29 years now. He has been "tutoring" and "mentoring" IJMB, ND, HND and remedial students at Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria from 1995 to date. He "tutored" and "mentored" several students who are now professors and PhD holders contributing to our national development. Some of his students are now universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of educations lecturers, senior military, Police, Customs, Immigration, DSS, NIA, EFCC officers and both public and Civil servants etc.

Permit me to on behalf of our "seniors" , "contemporaries", and "juniors" ones who passed through "IJMB programme" to express our great deal of "gratitude" and pay part of our great deal of "debt" which we "owe" to our great "tutor" and "mentor" in the person of Dr Ahmed Mohammed of the Department of Public Administration, Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic , Zaria. We will forever remain grateful to our great "tutor" and "mentor". We are highly "indebted" to you for you had helped us educationally.

May the Almighty Allah bless you, your family and the PhD you obtained. A big congratulations to our dear "tutor" and "mentor", Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, and the Department of Public Administration, Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria.

In my thought, if the "bill" is finally "signed" into law it will largely "checkmate" the "excesses" of "governors" and "moneybags" politicians who often denied "credible" candidates "tickets"in order to pave ways for their "anointed" ones no matter their weaknesses. Of the six alleged members of the drug cartel arrested in connection with planting of Tramadol in a bag bearing Zainab Habibu Aliyu's name, three were said to be "clearing agents", two were said to be staff of a"security company" and one a staff of an "airline handling company".
